(1) The annual report of the board's activities shall be prepared and submitted to the board by the chief executive officer within six months of the end of each financial year.
(2) The annual report as per sub-section (1) shall be made public.
(3) In addition to other things, the report according to sub-section (1) shall include the projects implemented by the board in that financial year, the expenses incurred during the operation of the project and its achievements, the approved investment amount and the number of projects and the improvements to be made in the future.
